Use technology before sleep can cause insomnia!!


In our first post, we decided to comment an article was published in Veja which show and explain a disadvantage to use technology before you sleep.
According to a search was made by american cientists, the use of laptop and iPads during the night can cause insomnia. The human eyes are very sensitive to this light then the eyes send a message the human brain to stop to produce a hormone, called "melatonina". "Melatonina" is responsable to control the sleep, so when the brain stop to produce this hormone, humans have insomnia.
Using a cientist expression: "the human's cerebral standard was modificated", the brain "belive" it's still day, so the organism have to be attention and concentration and people can't relax to sleep.
Phyllis Zee, teacher of Northwestern University, said:" If you use laptop or iPads next to the time to sleep, the emited's light is enough to estimulated the brain to continue wake up ".
The technology make easy and help to the human to develop, but if it's not used with careful and conscience can cause problems for our live. All the day we are surround for a lot of technology and absolutely sure we have to take a break during the night. Our organism ask for a break, isn't it?
So sometimes to keep a good healty we have to follow some rules and pay attetion for our body signals, and we can't be control for machines!!

"It would be better with the people simply read a boring book in the bed".
